Attorneys who attend this training can receive 1.5 CLE credits of the Law & Legal Procedure type.\nAbout the Speaker\n\nLivio De La Cruz is a Nonprofit Attorney at Communities Rise. Before law school, Livio volunteered with numerous nonprofits, serving on multiple boards and committees. He now regularly counsels nonprofit organizations and community-based organizations on a breadth of legal issues. Communities Rise is itself a nonprofit corporation which provides pro bono legal services and capacity building services to small nonprofit organizations and small businesses in Washington state.
